Software Engineer Customer Communication Management (60 – 100%)

Your challenge

In this highly exciting role, you will be responsible for creating the design as well as implementing the ajila software for large enterprises and integrating it into their environment. You are interested in the digital output process handling for our customers with StreamServe/Exstream, because this is exactly our passion. In technical tasks you take a leading role and act in a hub function. Our roles are dynamic and offer a lot of variety. In the beginning, you will work on the direct implementation of our customer solutions, then we offer you the opportunity to prove yourself as a project manager or architect with the customer. You bring important ideas to the team, think "out of the box" and love to successfully complete projects and inspire our customers.

What are you bringing?

In order to be able to carry out this work in a serious, reliable and trustworthy manner, you have successfully completed your IT degree and already have a diploma in IT / business informatics. You are also highly motivated to deepen your knowledge in Customer Communication Management.

  • You are very interested in developing yourself in a future-oriented company and in actively participating in working groups.
  • You are top motivated to offer our customers a fantastic product with excellent support
  • You demonstrate your excellent communication skills (German/English) and your high level of social competence on a daily basis in teamwork and in contact with customers.
  • You organize yourself independently and are used to personal responsibility
  • You bring a certain seniority with you, which generates the necessary trust in our company with the customer
  • You have StreamServe or Exstream knowledge or are motivated and interested to learn them as soon as possible
