Computer scientists specializing in platform development are proven experts in the design, operation, and further development of IT platforms and infrastructures. Your work will focus on the planning, implementation, automation, and monitoring of systems and platform solutions. You’ll work with technologies such as Linux, Windows Server, virtualization solutions, cloud platforms, and network, security, and cloud components.
Your responsibilities will include setting up and managing workstations, as well as installing, configuring, and commissioning hardware devices such as laptops, printers, monitors, docking stations, mobile devices, and network components. You will also automate operational processes using scripts and modern tools, ensure the availability and security of systems, and carefully document your work steps.
You will work as part of a team, collaborate with project managers, systems engineers, and internal subject matter experts, and be actively involved in client projects. In this role, you will assist users with technical issues and help ensure a stable, secure, and high-performance IT environment.
