2. General
Data protection is a matter of trust and your trust is important to us. We respect your privacy and personal data. The responsible and legally compliant handling of personal data is of great concern to ajila AG, Centralstrasse 8b, Sursee, Switzerland (hereinafter "we", "us" or "ajila"). This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how we process your personal data.
3. Applicability
The Declaration applies in connection with the provision of ajila Blink (hereinafter "Service") and is part of the contract if it is listed in a contractual document as part of the contract or in the Terms of Use. If any inconsistency arises between this Statement and any contract between a party and ajila or the Terms of Use, the provisions of the contract and the Terms of Use shall prevail.
4.Data processing for service provision and contract processing

- Insofar as this is necessary for the security and operation of our technical infrastructure, the guarantee of the service and in particular the service.

5. Data preservation and transfer
We receive data for the processing of ajila customers who have a customer contract with ajila, which is necessary for the provision of the service, e.g. for the creation of a signature invitation.
We use services of partners (hereinafter "Partner Services") to provide the Service and to supplement it with embedded features. The provider of the relevant Partner Service is primarily responsible for the processing of data collected or transmitted when interacting with such an embedded Partner Service. ajila customer (who made our service available to you)
- Personal data is transferred in the course of the processing of the service to the ajila customer who made the service available to you. Our legal relationship with the ajila customer is governed by a separate contract.
Identification and certification services (electronic identification and signing)

Cloud infrastructure services (operation of the service)
- Microsoft Azure with data center location region Switzerland; information on data protection is described in the Microsoft Trust Center. Your personal data is transmitted and stored exclusively in encrypted form. Microsoft has no access to your personal data.
In addition to the disclosures explained in the foregoing provisions, we may process and disclose your personal information to third parties as necessary or appropriate to comply with or verify compliance with applicable laws and regulations and to respond to requests from competent authorities.

We process your personal data only in Switzerland.
7. Storage period and data deletion
We store and process your personal data for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose or as required by law. Afterwards, your personal data will be irrevocably deleted from our systems or anonymized.

Information
You have the right to obtain information about your personal data processed by us. You can send us your request for information in writing and enclose a copy of your identity card or passport to our contact points.
Correction and deletion
